Equilibrium hosted one recruitment when the group was first created before altering their status to invite-only. On October 26th, 2022, Soulmate posted an open recruitment for the groups leadership. In it, he requested that people pitch an idea to him for a new direction to take Equilibrium in, with potential for a couple of people to be chosen. On November 2nd, 2022, Lilith was made leader of the group with her idea to have the group focus primarily on product and business development being the only one that was accepted.
