Details
The White Hat Helper is an award given to users who go beyond the call of duty to assist other members in varying topics, normally related to technology and computers. The image of the award takes up the space of two normal awards; it is the only award to do so. People are given this award for being prominent helpers in the White Hat Help section, reporting site security exploits, creating a fix for an infection, or for doing something extraordinary that can be classified as help.
