Summary
Starting in 2010, Good Will Monday has been a Hack Forums tradition which was started by Omniscient, encouraging members to reward others.
Details
On the first Monday in June, members who have the ability to give positive Reputation to other members are encouraged to give out 5 reputation points to others whom they think give back to the community in a positive manner.
Others are also asked to try and avoid conflicts and not to give out any negative reputation.
The direct quote by Omniscient states that
On this day you'll be asked to give 5 positive reputations to members that you feel have been a positive and contributing influence to HF. This is the day when you stop all the negative crap and think positively by giving out some good vibes and positive reps.
