Overview
Omnicoin (OMC) is Hack Forums' official Crypto Currency, and the official Crypto Currency of MyBB communities. It is named after the Hack Forums founder, Omniscient. This project was originally created by a Hack Forums member as an unofficial project and has grown, expanded, and was eventually implemented as an official part of the site. Omnicoin was released in April 2014.
Award
Omnicoin was made into an obtainable award on April 6th, 2014. It can be obtained with a $25 donation in the form of Omnicoin and is one out of five obtainable Crypto Coin Donation Awards. You can begin the process of obtaining this award by viewing the Crypto Coin Donations page.
The Award was issued to several members for assisting in getting the project up and running and helping the project in other ways. The following award list shows those special award grants. The award has been issued over a hundred times to members who have donated the $25 amount in Omnicoin and received the award with the reason "OMC to the Moon!".
