For those with excellent skills with remote access.
The RAT Expert award is given to members who demonstrate an in-depth and complete understanding of the use of remote administration tools (RAT) and the different ways to utilize them.

There are no definite ways in which to gain this award, however members who have demonstrated their abilities are sometimes given this.
