This is rare to see because Omniscient doesn't sell groups anymore and you must buy them from a group leader. Omniscient believed Judge Dredd had done a great job the past years as admin and has granted him this opportunity to lead and own his own group. A thread by Omniscient was made explaining the whole thing on May 10th, 2013.
