Overview
2012 was the fourth official Hack Forums April Fool’s event. This year, all members appeared to be repkilled and -10’d by Omniscient himself.
Specifics
Upon seeing a post that you had made, your reputation appeared to be -10 in red and nothing else. Upon viewing your own reputation, the message displayed was
You so deserve this. I’m really pissed off right now.Lucky I didn’t ban you. I can’t believe you posted that crap. REASON YOU GOT REP FUCKED.
With the last statement hyperlinking to a Help Document wishing the user a happy April fools.
Only you saw your own reputation as -10, all other members saw yours as normal, as you saw others as normal.
Effects
According to Omniscient, he received ‘hundreds of PM’s’ in regards to the prank.
This event was repeated in 2014 with a slight variation.
