Eventually after the popularity rose, Omniscient made the award official and allowed Qwazz to hand out the award to 10 members of his choosing.

Qwazz has given out the award in various ways. He held competitions which can be viewed [http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=1346143 here] and [http://www.hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=2477768 here], as well as giving the award out to close friends. He even sold one or two awards. The award is no longer available as Qwazz has given out all ten, although it appears on the award listing that there are only eight awards distributed, due to two recipients being dead accounts.
