In it, he requested that people pitch an idea to him for a new direction to take Equilibrium in, with potential for a couple of people to be chosen. On November 2nd, 2022, [[Lilith]] was made leader of the group with her idea to have the group focus primarily on product and business development being the only one that was accepted.
