[[ra1d]] had originally planned on launching on February 1st as that is when it was agreed he would receive the group, but he was able to secure it earlier in January. 			Aequitas are known for their very strict recruitment system. The first on-site recruitment was held on the 10th of February 2017, although it was nothing ordinary. [[LaPanthere]] designed a challenge that users would have to complete to join Aequitas, aptly named 'Capture the Flag.' It required users to demonstrate a variety of IT skills which would be beneficial to the group. Their second and latest recruitment was available for regular applicants on 18th March 2017.
