| Biography = Vinnie joined Hack Forums on December 14th, 2010. He was attracted to the forums because of his passion for computers, booters and server stress testing, DNS, and network security, having come from the Darkode community. He left after his searches proved fruitless, but came back to Hack Forums with his cousin [[Kohsti]] in 2012. The two began assisting other forum members with bots, RATs, and botnets to gain reputation and notoriety on the forum. The member Gold got Vinnie and Kohsti involved in a RAT Help Desk operated by the [[Illuminati]] group, giving them a significant boost to their credibility. He upgraded to [[L33t]] at the same time as Kohsti and Gold.

Using the knowledge learned from RATting other users, Vinnie and Kohsti amassed a great deal of wealth setting up other Hack Forums members' RATs and encrypting their servers for further RAT usage. Vinnie applied for and was accepted to [[Respawn]], his first group on HF, where [[Bugga|bugga]] noticed his skills and invited him to [[Propitious]]. Vinnie became a regular user in [[BELLAGIO]]'s "Parlaying" TinyChat room, where he befriended many other Hack Forums users and gained a notable reputation as a friendly and intelligent member. BELLAGIO subsequently invited him to Illuminati, having been impressed with Vinnie's intelligence and personality. Similar to their L33t upgrade, Vinnie and Kohsti simultaneously upgraded to [[Ub3r]] and celebrated by giving each other +3 reps.

Vinnie eventually became a leader of Illuminati after bugga departed from the group. When BELLAGIO expressed his intent to sell the group, Vinnie intervened and purchased the group from him alongside [[Anonymous]]. The two became co-owners of the group, and developed several products that generated a significant amount of revenue for the pair. Seeing his potential, Vinnie partnered with Anonymous to purchase [[Legion]], then known as [[The Corporation]] and owned by [[Tibit]].

Although Vinnie's background was in black hat hacking, Legion became a grey hat group as a result of Omniscient's ban on black hat discussion and activity. This put them at odds with [[Root]], a similarly minded hacking group. There was significant enmity between members of the group, and tensions rose over time. Just over one month after the group was founded, the payment database for member upgrades was compromised and the personal information of thousands of members became public. The information was allegedly compromised with the intent of revealing the details of Legion members in specific. In response, Omniscient deleted the Root group and closed the accounts of [[Castle Bravo]], the group's owner, [[RyanC]], and [[Starfall]], two leaders of Root.

Among Vinnie's friends on Hack Forums was Judge Dredd, then an administrator. Judge Dredd accidentally [[Repfuck|repfucked]] Vinnie without any apparent reason. In response, Vinnie compromised the accounts of various forum members including Tibit, [[mad]], and bugga. His mind was clouded by his fury but he didn't care. He leaked personal conversations with Judge Dredd and other notable members, and revealed his hacking of many other accounts outside of those already mentioned. The details of the leaked conversations revealed evidence of apparent malfeasance. Legitimate or not, Judge Dredd resigned from his administrative position on good terms with Omniscient, and was given the [[Complexity]] usergroup. Judge Dredd was retained as a Staff member, however.

Vinnie sold his half of Illuminati back to Anonymous, and purchased [[WiFi Gang]], changing it to [[Legacy]]. The group was paid for by one of Vinnie's customers, who had paid him and [[Apple J4ck]] over $137 thousand dollars for a series of jobs. Its purpose as a gaming group remained across all its versions, with the exception of [[The Lannisters]], later taking the form of [[Instinct]] and [[Nightfall]]. Vinnie later purchased [[The Alliance]] and changed it to [[Null]], alongside [[T3h Hack3r]] and [[Shanks]].

In December of 2014, Vinnie was arrested for alleged implications in the LizardSquad hacks across the world and for PayPal fraud. Both of the charges were dropped due to the lack of evidence against him, however.

At the end of the road, Vinnie is leaving Hack Forums because of his previous involvement with Darkode and his drama with [[Understalker]]. Omniscient has kindly asked Vinnie to leave the forum, both for his own safety and the forum's safety.

| Biography = The Grim joined Hack Forums back in August of 2010. He joined because he had a lot of cracked torrent/file hosting accounts that he wanted to sell. After some time spent on Google, he eventually came across Hack Forums. When he first joined, his main goal was to become reputable. The Grim is a very reputable member when it comes to the Marketplace. From currency exchanging and more, The Grim has definitely made a name for himself. Codevade, the owner of the group Marketers (now The Brotherhood), saw The Grim's potential and eventually made him a leader. The group was what gave The Grim purpose on Hack Forums. The Grim is one of the best marketers on this site and spends a lot of his time here making money on currency exchanges.

| Biography = Nate joined the Hack Forums community on August 10th, 2011. Originally he joined in 2009, but his account was closed. When registering again two years later, his new account was merged with his previous one. He returned after wanting to help out a friend by vouching on his friend's threads. #Nate was permanently banned from the website The Tech Game, which led to the switch over to Hack Forums.

One of the goals Nate wanted to accomplish was to own his own group, or be a leader of one. He has achieved one of these goals by being a leader of the previous Hack Forums group, [[Rhythm]].

Having no knowledge of anything related to hacking, he fell for tricks by other members such as working "Xbox Live Code Generators" among others. | Biography = Apple J4ck. joined Hack Forums on September 18, 2012 after the forum was recommended to him by a close friend. When he first joined he was the most active in the Website and Forum Hacking section, where he began to meet new members as he picked up and shared knowledge on the subject. Later on, Apple took the plunge and purchased the Brony award for $100, an award notorious for the fact that Omniscient insults you, albeit in a jokingly manner, upon purchase. In Apple J4ck.'s case, the comment left by the site owner was "B-B-B-Brony! B-B-Bwaahahaha". By this time Apple J4ck. was becoming more and more well-known across the forum, gaining high post and reputation counts each day. He soon became a part of several groups including [[The Empire]], [[Root]] and [[Eminence]].

During his journey on the forum, Apple J4ck. has also met some members whom he has remained close with for several months. When asked who the members closest to him were, he said that Tibit, Daisy, Cody, WiFi & Vinnie were just a small fraction of users who he looked up to and respected.

| Biography = Juicy- came to Hack Forums during the middle of 2011, due to a friend of his on Xbox mentioning it to him one day. His friend Chandler told him he could make a good bit of money on Hack Forums, so he was really interested in it. He was really into getting free Xbox live codes, and that's where his love for Hack Forums really started. After spending a little bit of time on the forum, he became addicted in a sense. His main reason for joining Hack Forums was making quick, easy money, but stayed because of his love for the community.

Juicy's main goal was to make $10,000. His next main goal was to reach 500 reputation. His third goal was to get more skilled in skills he wasn't too sure about. He also really wanted to get skilled in skills that he could use to help other members. He's long passed every single one of his goals on here. He surpassed his $10,000 goal, and is working on growing it even more.

Juicy- really gives credit to three current members. Daisy, Wolves, and Dr. QuizkModz. He gives a ton of credit to Daisy, because she's always been there for him. She offers him a ton of support, so he really owes a lot to her. He was good friends with Wolves, but hasn't talked much to him lately. Him and Wolves always talked about random things. Mr. QuickModz hasn't been active, but Juicy Booty thinks he deserves a lot in life.

==How much does it cost to upgrade?==
Currently there are three options for paid membership:

Read the upgrade page. There might additional benefits not listed.

==How do I know if I qualify to be in the ub3r group?==
You can start the process on the Ub3r Application page.

==Why do you require approval for Ub3r?==
This is our highest level paid group. Each account is manually reviewed and required to meet certain criteria to be approved. We do this in order to ensure the best integrity possible for the group.

==If I am denied, can I reapply?==
Yes you can, but only after 60 days have passed. Be aware you may be permanently denied ub3r if an account review reveals that you're a low quality user.

==I was denied ub3r. Can I find out why?==
No, you cannot. We do not publish requirements thus we can't provide you denial reasons. Do not PM admins inquiring about denial reasons.

==I paid for membership, how long till my account is upgraded?==
Typically within 24 hours. Do not inquire via PM or create a support thread until at least 24 hours have passed. Include your transaction ID. If you paid with your Paypal and it was an echeck, it can take 5-7 days to clear.

==What payment methods are accepted?==
We currently accept Bitcoin and Paypal. Please note that only some countries like US, CA, AU, DE, IT, IE, NZ, IN, NL,DK,NO,CH and FR are set to allow Paypal for upgrades. If you are not in one of the listed countries you will only have the option to use Bitcoin. Other options might be available in the future.

==Can someone else pay for my upgrade?==
Yes they can, but be aware if the payment is reversed or fraudulent, it can be your account that potentially be banned. Do not allow untrusted sources to buy you an upgrade. Be cautious and weary of those wanting to give you something for nothing. If you're upgraded and believe the payment to be fraudulent contact an admin.

==Can a l33t member buy me ub3r?==
No they cannot. Only ub3r can gift other ub3r accounts.

==Can I buy an upgrade for someone else?==
Yes, but all payments have to be with verified information. Any Ub3r payments must first be approved by Omniscient. All recipients of ub3r must also be approved. There is a form entry for a link to a users profile if you're gifting an upgrade.

==What happens if my payment is reversed for some reason?==
The result will be the closing of your account. If you'd like to fix the reversed payment we will only accept Bitcoins and there is an additional $20 reversal fee.

==Can I pay with a stolen credit card or with fake information?==
No you may not. Any payments with fake information will result in your account being closed at HF. Every payment is manually inspected to check for fraud. We expect real phone numbers, addresses, and a matching IP location for the billing address. If you don't want to provide this data, then don't upgrade.

==How will you know the order is for my account?==
In order for checkout to work you have to be logged into your HF account. The checkout pages automatically grab your user ID and username for us to see as part of the order.

==What happens if my PP account is limited or the upgrade is reversed due to unforseen circumstances?==
If you wish to recover an account closed due to a payment reversal you'll need to pay the original amount plus a $20 reversal fee for each reversed payment.

==Do upgraded accounts expire?==
Currently they do not. Originally l33t was a yearly subscription, but has since changed to permanent. If you have a l33t yearly subscription, you must upgrade before it expires to take advantage of the upgrade discount.

==Can I get a refund?==
No. All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds for any reason. If you do a chargeback, we will close your account permanently.

| Biography = Positive joined Hack Forums on May 22, 2010. He found the forum by searching "kicking people offline" and one of the first results he found was a link to a thread on the site. When Positive first signed up, he lacked any true goals that he decided to set himself on the forum so just started to post in various topics, at an increasing rate each day--he currently has an average of just under 9 posts a day. Positive upgraded to [[HF Ub3r]] on November 1, 2010, around 5 and a half months after first joining the forum. The Qwazz Star award is a custom award created for [[Qwazz]] by [[Omniscient]]. The Qwazz star started out as a friendly message Qwazz left after making a post to put a smile on members' faces. The Qwazz star became more and more popular with many others copying the idea. Eventually after the popularity rose, Omniscient made the award official and allowed Qwazz to hand out the award to 12 members of his choosing.

Qwazz has given out the award in various ways. He even sold one or two awards.
